7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must meet the conditions listed below:
Eligibility for Return
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items that appear used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling will not qualify.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, accessories (if hygiene-related).
Items bought under clearance sale, final sale, or special promotions (unless defective).
Any product that shows signs of use or alteration.
Return Process
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the verification and return steps.
Once approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference (or your policy—tell me which one you want).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Exchange Policy – In-Store Only
Exchanges are not available online.
If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, or product), please visit our nearest Lilibit store.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the store.
Products must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused and in original packaging).
Cancellation of Order:
To cancel your order, go to My Account page then My orders tab.
Against the order number you can click cancel request.
You have to cancel your order within 24hrs once the order is placed. Once the order is sent for fulfillment you cannot cancel the order.
Within 48 hours your order will be cancelled.
You will get the refund amount within 3-4 working days.
